About Jaimi

I’ve been teaching yoga and movement for two decades, weaving together somatics, breath, and presence into every class I offer. My path has taken me from the studio to the stage, from university classrooms to quiet living rooms, and eventually — online.

These days, I live in the Midwest with my family. I teach locally, lead retreats abroad, and hold space for practice wherever people happen to be. Whether you’re on your mat at home or halfway around the world, I’m glad you’re here.
